So, to the best of my knowledge, the ballot consists of characters from a comic strip entitled "Neglected Characters", not actual video game characters that have been neglected. OK.

P.S.: I voted for Wart, because he's nothing more than a figment of Mario's subconscious imagination. It's safe to say he's probably neglected, not existing on the plane of reality. That is, video game reality... which is an unreality. That's an unreality inside an unreality. That's pretty deep in... non-...existence. Yeah, there's no way he exists.

Except in Mario's head.
