| I guess I should have I`ll give more details on the deletion process we went through. Checking on how to delete the Security Tool, we managed to find the folder it was hiding in and renamed it, after renaming it (it was formerly just a random eight-digit number) we restarted the computer, re-located the folder, and right-clicked it and clicked delete. The virus appears to be gone from the computer, the icon on the desktop had disappeared and we`re not recieving the pop-ups that had appeared before. |
