| All I ever worked on developing was summoning. It worked pretty well, I'd have my skeleton/zombie/whatever minions do all the dirty work for me while pitching in with a few ranged attacks, and once I ran out of Mana and my buddies were all dead (again), I'd use a town portal scroll to head back to the city and rejuvinate. Rinse, repeat.

Though I should mention, bring plenty of Rejuvination Potions and whatever else you'll need. There's a pretty steep jump in difficulty with every end-of-chapter boss in Diablo II, and they'll be wiping the floor with your corpse in less than five seconds if you don't know what you're doing. |
