Seriously, I have a GCSE in ICT and a BTEC in IT Practioners, so I know quite a bit about PCs.
However, at the highest level of ICT course I can do (Which I am in atm) the exam was entirely "Make an Excel sheet, and annotate it."
Nearly everyone got A's and B's.
