He couldn't believe it, it was simply too extraordinary for him to comprehend; there he was, the very creature Dragoon had attempted to converse with earlier, frozen in the air by mysterious magics Dragoon had never seen. He turned to look at the creature whom had cast such a powerful spell and found that he looked no different from any other human he'd ever seen. But then again, it always seemed to be the humans that held the most power these days...
Another blast of magic that paralyzed the alien device snapped Dragoon out of his amazement and back into the situation at hand. The newcomer was attacking again and it would be best to get out of his way. However, Dragoon wanted to test the strength of the newcomers magic:
"Dispell X!" Dragoon cried, the ancient and all powerful incantation drawing stength from his body in order to fuel the spell. The magics being projected from his form towards the frozen Eliete.
If all went well, then the magic would destroy the freezing hold the newcomer had on the Eliete. He then spread his wings and took to the skies, hoping to draw the Mage's power away from the Alien ground troops. |
