You go down the hall into the First Snow lounge, which also serves as the lounge for many other ranks. A short, thin woman greets you.
Woman: Hey, you're new?
Dark: Yeah.
Woman: Welcome to the guild, I'm Droia.
Dark: Hi, I'm Dark. Where can I find information about my blood note targets?
Droia: You can ask random people in the guild, or you can go ask our savant and spymaster Eysa. Her office is down that hall. She knows something about practically everybody-- enough to give you a lead, at least, and usually enough to target yer victim to within a province, city, even building. I'd give her a try.
Dark: Sure, thanks.
