Yeah.

You use Evaluate, focusing your energy on the two nearby people.

For the man: you sense that he is frail and intelligent. His HP and MP are high (this part means relative to their full status, not like they have a lot of HP or MP. If they did, that'd be covered in the first sentence.) You gauge his HP at roughly 50. (Of course, your character does it in terms that make sense in a world. But it's numerical here.)

For the woman: you sense that she is willful. Her HP and MP are high. You gauge her HP at roughly 50.

You have 15 MP now. Do what?
