Well... Superman did call batman the dedliest man alive...

But then again, Spiderman beat the everloving crap out of deardevil... and his spider sense would warn him of any attacks batman would ever unlesh.

But then again, Batman did beat the ever loving crap out of Spawn in 3 hits... but that's because his magic quit...

I think it might just depend on what kind of suit batman was wearing... because his deep exploration suit beat the hell out of the scarebeast, and it think it just might have the potential to defeat spiderman... depending on how much the suit limited his agility...
