If you prefer a more direct approach, that's fine. Here is one: Get a Photobucket account if you want to steal someone else's picture and use it for a forum header.
If, however, what you are looking for is pretended ignorance that the mistake isn't there, that is unreasonable. There are plenty of sites whose external linking protection is set up such that those who saw the picture on the original site would have it stored as a temporary internet file and thus can see the picture.
