Game Sprite Archives Also a "whatever" rip site, but in single sprite format.
Sonic Fan Games HQ There's some Sonic stuff here.
Anapan's CV Files The best Castlevania sprite source you're gonna find probaly.
VGWS I don't care for this place much, but it has some random stuff under sprites.

And, if you want Ragnarok Online sprites:
Ro Sprite Collection Has a lot of weapons, all the available heads (not in palette swap sheets though), and all the available player class bodies. There's some pretty miscellaneous stuff here. Also in single sprite format.
Ragnarok Online: Battle for Sprites Has some hats and monsters, mainly.
