Taking a page from the TPS forums book, may I rate these sprite sites based on their reliability?

I already have one for Fireball20xl even though they're down because of Lieguy's bandwidth.

Description: A sprite site of just rips or sprite edits. Most are either stolen, don't even list the game they came from, or just say "GIV CR3D1T 0R DY!!!!!11111!~~~ I OWN YOU BECAUSE YOU ARE ALL SUX!!!".
