I have a guide to making sprite comics here.
Also, I have some steps to making a GOOD sprite comic.

Make your characters have expressions. They look kinda stupid if they yell at someone and just have a strait face. (Unless they're psycho or stupid.)</font>
Preview your comic after it's done. Before you put it on the net. View it and fix the mistakes. Otherwise, you'll probably end it with "To Bo Continued..." [img]graemlins/lol.gif[/img]</font>
Make the text easy to see. It's very hard to know what's going on if you can't read the text. If the background won't allow any color to show that well. Then put an outline around it.</font>

That's all I can think of for now.
