In-topic: What legal roms do you mean?
The policy I use for downoading roms is kind of like "If they're not making any money out of it anymore, then I can download it". I download SNES roms, but not GBA ones. Meh.
Kamek can be considered a sprite thief, then? he "stole" Max and WvsW's sprites, didn't he?
