1. The Green Lantern barely shows up against the background.
2. The "mysterious bad guy" looks like a bad use of spray-paint tool. Try just taking a sprite and completely blacking it out to get the "shadow effect."
3. The last panel, you can hardly see the Tweeter at all. Plus, the background is annoyingly bright and looks, yet again, like a bad use of spray-paint tool.
4. You're making a typical "new writer" error of rushing in and forcing the plot. Back off and give us some time to get to know the characters. If you had given us a few comics of GL sneaking around the fortress or going about his business before being called to the fortress to let us get to know him, we'd care about his situation more.
