Let's see... The Predator and Alien sprites are pretty good, but they could use more shading. For the RE4 sprites, Leon's head and arm need more shading, along with the gun in the second pose. That doctor guy needs more shading, too, and it looks like you didn't put much effort into the head at all. Is his chainsaw actually light blue and green in the game? I haven't played it. Also, that brown color you used on his pants and shoes really doesn't go well.
