I have to say, im a fan of the flaming lips and they have been around for a long time, so it fits, but anyways my favorite album of theirs is The Soft Bulletin, totally a rockin' album.
They also have a christmas movie made waiting for an Xmas release. I think its called Christmas on Mars.
also members of the lips helped Steve Burns with his album (which i like more than the flaming lips ^^)
