OoC: *shakes head* Yeah....I'll be posting in here soon, just been waiting for 9-Volt to finish his little thing. I stayed out of it, cuz I don't know how 9-Volt would have roleplayed Wong's encounter with Lycrios, and I didn't want him to make my character do something he wouldn't. People have a tendency to use other peoples charactes too much, you should just stick to the basics if you aren't sure how the other will react, and never EVER make the other one do what you want them to do, just for it to favor you. I'm not targeting anyone in particular, I've just been reading and finding this in the general posts in this topic. ok, like is said, a few guidlines. 1- Concentrate on what your character does. Be it a simple spell, or an a technical combat technique. This classifies as a story topic, so be descriptive. 2- Always leave other people a chance to react. Never do something, especially make a character that isn't yours talk. And if at all possible, stay away from emotions. Only the person who controls the character can tell how he will react to certain events. Take Repster for example. His cahracter Aidan is as insane as you can get. Ripping his own arm off isn't something of big importance to him, so, when someone does this to him, it wouldn't be the same reaction as if it hapenned to prince Zack. Now, these are only a few words of advice, but I just want to make sure people are on the same line as I am, for I'm about to bring in a story in this topic that needs people to actually roleplay (herhum Alucard...I thought we talked...oh well, tsk tsk can't change that now) Alright, now, continue on with the battle, and I hope this is the last of the OoC bickering. I have a few other things to adress about this topic, but that requires me to talk to individuals, and well, to do that in this public form could be considered rude. |
