You guys have to realise that this man was working for Apache, who makes military helicopters, which they are fighting against. Also remember that Bush makes constant statements that "We are at war!" This makes this man a prisoner of war in my books. Taking him "hostage" is not terrorism, because he was making helicopters that these people were fighting against! Killing him (especially the brutal beheading part) was terrorism, but I would have no problem if they held him for years, which the US does to many people.
