The problem is this woman has absolutely no qualifications for this job. She wasn't a Senator like O'Connor, she wasn't a 4-term DA of the San Fran Bay area and governor of California multiple times like Warren, and she wasn't even a major lawyer like Roberts or many of the others.

She was essentially a lawyer that didn't practice, has little to no published articles, and her only "qualifications" is that she goes to a splinter church, served on the dallas city council once or twice, and ran a law firm and bar association which only shows that she wasn't in the courtroom and was, in fact, operating in more of a business manager sense.
