I was thinking that you should create a panel...of peopel that you trust....with taste.
Such as Codie, Sean, etc. up to about 5 or so, whoever is willing to volunteer.
People can send scripts to them or their comics. They can review them, and either pass or deny them.
However, there should be a limit of what is sent, say, if you have 5 people reviewing them, set a max of 25 per period of time (month), that can be sent in, after that 25th, they'll be shut out, until each "panel members" passes 2 of them.
After that, you have a couple of worthy....GOOD comic makers, to create the comic and then send it to Jay. That way, in let's say a month, you can get a good 10 comics in. It'd take the effort and work of a lot of people, probably a good 15 people, in due time, taking work off Jay's shoulders. And letting him focus on more important matters, more often.
