| There was multiplayer in the N64 version. Just look around the bar; you'll see it.
Personally, I spent most of my 'BFD' time playing multiplayer. The single-player was entertaining, but I didn't feel the need to play it all the way through more than once. Multiplayer appeals to me more, anyhow; I do a lot of gaming around others, and playing against people is more sociable (and more challenging) than playing alone. __________________
