Well my good sirs, a goomba can easilly be defeated by simply applying a firm force upon it's noggin. You don't even have to jump on it. Just take your pointer finger and press down on it's head. *BAM* Dead. Therefore, Mario does not need to strain his legs by jumping 10 feet into the air anymore. Now if only he could move his arms in SMB1, this would be a lot more useful to him..
