I'll drop some comments.
There's a narrative style going on. There's some lame jokes, like where some character says something, the other characters react with horror, and then it turns out to be not true. There's also the joke where it looks like the comic author is running out of steam midway through making the comic ("Well, that sucked."), which fails to 'wow' me. The crack about Malt Shoppes was decent, though, although you didn't
need to mention it was beside that guy's house.
There's frames where action happens, like when CN's head falls from the sky; these scenes are boring, and do not add much to the humour. The characters are 'bleh', without any real substance to them. I realize they are sprites, but they take up far too small a space for the frame size; this distances them from us (and the action) and makes for uninteresting graphics. Compare with other popular (sprite?) webcomics, where characters take up much of the frame and are more in-your-face.
The background is completely white, which is kind of disappointing. Awkwardly, you use a coloured-font against it, which makes it kind of hard to read; darker colours would work better against white. The text is sloppy: lines cross through text and text is not aligned properly. The idea to give each character a different colour is a nice one, but you use similar colours which makes it hard to remember (we're not studying your comic for an exam, we're glossing it over to get to the funny parts).
There are some nagging things: the left-most 'action' line on CN's head remains even though it's on the ground, there are grammar mistakes ("Those still exists?"), and, yes, I hate using the action lines to denote movement.
On the techincal side, I noticed you used PNG format for your comic. Yes, this is normally a good format for sprite comics, because it is normally lossless, but for some reason text is blurry, yet jagged artifacts remain on CN's head. I'm not too familiar with PNG, but it looks like you've used dithering (unintentionally?) on it, which ruins the point of using a nice, clean PNG.
