The BoF series is one of my favorite RPG series of all time. This past Friday, I went on a little road trip with my father, and clocked in 6 hours of Tales of Phantasia on the way there, and 6 hours of BoF II on the way back, which was part of the inspiration for this topic. As you may or may not know, the BoF series has been featured on 5 different systems so far (SNES, PS1, PS2, GBA, PSP), with numerous ports.

Personally, my favorite BoF is the second one. The only problem I found with the game was the dragon system, I think it's the weakest out of all the games. Using all your AP for a single move did not go over to well with me. But aside from that, I felt that BoF II is the best in the series, with BoF III coming in second.

On a side note, I wasn't very impressed by the last one. That one is my least favorite of the bunch.
