Try this out:

Open notepad
Type the following: "hotd hid the facts"
(lowercase, one space between words, no newlines, no quotes)
Save the file (any filename) somewhere
Close notepad
Re-open your saved file in notepad again

The proof of this exercise is left to the reader. Those who read Chinese might find this interesting.
