OK, saw it today.

I'm a little tired to go into details, so I'll just say that I liked it, but in terms of DC revival movies, I liked Batman Begins better.

EDIT: I would like to make a little comment about the IMAX 3D. 4 scenes are in 3D, which makes up 20 minutes of screentime. Because the length of the film in 254 minutes, only 12% of the film is in 3D. I read a few days ago the Bryan Singer said, as an afterthought, that he wanted to make more of the movie 3D. That is too bad, because for most of the film, the 3D glasses were sitting on my lap.

BTW, the 4 scenes are:
Spoiler Below
  1. A scene on the Kent farm, which includes a flashback to Supe as a child.
  2. The first major action scene involving Superman preventing a plane crash
  3. A scene where a large kryptonite-laced crystal continent rises from the ocean, which also involves Superman saving Lois Lane from a sinking boat.
  4. The final scene of the movie, which just involves Superman flying away.
