1. I am required to do so by California law for purposes of proving that I am not under the influence of alcohol while I drive.
2. I am required to do so by California law because I have to prove that I have not smoked any marijuana in the past 48 hrs. as part of either a drug testing for a job or by a police officer who thinks I was driving high ....... |
