Guildwars nightfall is scheduled to ship in the fall, and will introduce two new classes...the paragon and the dervish. It will include a whole new continent set in the north african theme...possibly Elona. On top of that this means many new skills for the previous classes...also you will be able to ship your factions and prophecies characters over as well.
