If Nintendo needs to drop Mario, then Square needs to drop Final Fantasy. And if they do, they'll die. Nintendo would have Zelda/Metroid to support them, but Square would have nothing but Kingdom Hearts (Which is pretty much supported by Final Fantasy. Nobody buys KH for the Disney characters.) and the side-franchises that nobody gives a damn about (With the exception of Chrono, which they've killed off already). |
Yeah, but theres a pretty big difference between Nintendo and square, Square is a third party devolper, Nintendo makes pretty much it's own games.
