OoC: Comments: 9 volt has posted, Vapor, everyone but SCARRED WINGS showed up, and we have all done no good. This really needs to speed up. Oh, Demonoid, I'm sorry about what I'm abput to do to Lycrios...

Kerk’s face broke from a terrified gape to a content, wide smile. His eyes swirled with a red fury of disgust, flecked with a black sign of self sacrifice. It was obvious what Kerk intended to do. He shifted his hand straight out, and made a quick, inscrutable noise as his ring and center fingers lopped off and hit the ground. There was a thud as he slammed into the forest’s floor, and a crackle as the grass around his fallen hammer began to burn. He looked up at the surprised beast, whose sword now came plunging down with heavy force, a pivotal attack, or so it seemed. Kerk managed to roll away, then stood up. He put his right hand to his bleeding left, searing a crimson flame on his two nubs. The stumps began to wear away, until nothing but burned, black skin remained of those two fingers. He grinned even more widely than before, now in an anger induced trance.

An uncontrollable soul like Kerk’s always burned in a terrible blaze. There were no ifs and ands and buts in this case, as Kerk was definitely on fire in passion for his beloved flames. His ludicrous love was enough to cause a lust for his own burning feeling, even at the cost of two fingers. Kerk made contact with his hammer by sheer luck in the enemy's elbow, causing a break in his bone. Lycrios snarled and massaged it momentarily, then turned to see Kerk in action once more. He managed to hit him in his stomach also, sending him quite the distance away. With a glare and a smirk, Kerk trotted up, dodged a few sword strikes, and managing to make a duck and appear behind him. The pyromaniac swung his hammer at Lycrios. His head was grazed as he moved back, but the hair on his head caught ablaze. What a sight it was.

“I thought you needed a shave, so I provided the specifics!” he said, rubbing the bruise on his face. He wasn’t really happy about that one, but it was his fingers that Lycrios would pay for with his own. It was never plausible for Kerk when he was either separated from fire, separated from his master, or separated from his body parts. He seemed to crazily forget that he had purposely let those fingers be hewn from his hand…

“NOW, BURN!” Kerk blurted, as he watched the man/creature try desperately to douse the flames on his burning hair, and his slamming his head and snarling eventually paid off. He touched the scorched patch and hoped to find no blood, but the burn had indeed managed to burn deep enough to cause a drizzle of liquid to come out. Lycrios glared at Kerk with an unnatural hatred in his eyes.

“Oh, now it doesn’t LIKE me?!? How quaint…Heh…heheheheheheehehehehe!!!” Laughed an annoyingly gleeful Kerk. Kerk readied his war hammer once more and waited for another attack. The enemy quelled this desire by dashing again into the woods. He couldn’t understand what Kerk had planned, apparently.

Kerk stood in anticipation of attack, sweat forming from the heat in such an intensely hot area. His hand was still trembling violently from the self inflicted burns, which had torn away and eaten skin and bone until he had no nerves to feel it in the nubs, but there was still a pain in the other areas. Kerk had the temptation to simply lop his own hand off with his opponent’s sword as soon as he was done with this. He was happy about one thing, though: His opponent was there. Kerk turned around and punched in Lycrios’ direction. It seemed a bit offsetting to the lycanthrope to suddenly have fire coming at him, especially since at first glance it would seem Kerk hadn't seen him, but he still caught it in time to pull his left arm upward to try to block it with his cloak. Lycrios seemed in a lot of pain as he lifted his broken arm, but the pain wore away in his expression and he blocked the attack with ease. Kerk dashed with a gleam in his eyes as he swung his flaming hammer once more at Lycrios.

“What now, fool?” Sneered Kerk.
