Trigun
Cowboy Bebop
Mobile Suit Gundam 0083
Mobile Suit Gundam 0080
Mobile Suit Gundam 08th MS Team
Vision of Escaflowne (the movie is decent too, but only decent)
Fooly Cooly
Ghost in the Shell (the movie)
Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex

Of course, none of them are as good as the original Transformers cartoon, so it's a moot point.

Edit: And some episodes of DBZ are hilarious. Call it an idiot's guilty pleasure but I can easily watch that show, too. There I said it.
