3. People who want to pull out in front of you or cut you off, then go ten miles under the speed limit.
4. Old people who think 30 MPH is speeding.
5. Hummers.
6. Old people in hummers.
7. People who don't realize that not all intersections are four-way stops.
8. People who continue to turn on a red arrow when the other side has already turned green.
