I saw 'Fearless' and 'The Protector' yesterday. 'Fearless' is more of your 'character-study with wire-fu' affair, like 'Crouching Tiger' and 'Hero'; 'Protector' is your standard psychotic stunt-fu one-man-beats-the-crap-out-of-everybody-in-the-world actioner, akin to Jackie Chan's earlier films. The former is better made, the latter is more entertaining. I recommend them both highly.
