I don't make contact with the sun as it is now... but, if you mean avoid the sun, I live in Arizona, so that's extremely difficult for me to do.

One of the little sonic thingys. Oh, yeah, I have bountiful supplies of that...
I did take a bath with special Aveeno anti-itch stuff, and rubbed lotion on it. It helped a bit, but my leg is really swollen. It's very concerning, actually.
