Ok, I found the game. Sorry it was a sega genesis game.......wait for it...........SEGA!!!
That game was called The Humans by Game-Tek.
I know it was online somewhere but I'm having a hard time finding it.
I wish someone would put it on widows mobile 5 so I would have it for my phone. Maybe I can e-mail gametek.
