Hypno-disc has always been my favorite. I found it AWESOME when Hypno-Disk wrecked Matildas shell, and at the end of the show, they showed her covered in bandages. XD That rocked.
Gemini rocked hardcore, yeah, but, the seperate robots were weak and light, making them good flipper pray.
I liked Behemoths design, alot, shame it never won any championships though. (To my knowledge.)
