I'd have to say Super Mario Bros. 2 was pretty bad in my opinion.

Though my only reason would probably have to be that me playing SMB 2 for the first time just felt different and got me out of the phase of running from left to right, hitting boxes, and killing Koopa's format gaming.

I suppose I could get over it. - My favorite is the Super Mario All-Stars version of SMB 3 due to the major improvments of detail.

Yes, I do pay attention to that sort of thing. So sue me!
