| Movie: Shaolin & Wu-Tang
This movie is strictly for the serious martial arts cinema fans. The plot should appear very weak to those who know little about the historical context of the film. Story-wise, much of it seems a rehash of The Thirty-Sixth Chamber of Shaolin, with Gordon Liu's training sequence seeming to be a much shorter, quicker version than what had appeared in that film. However, the martial arts in this movie is simply superb, arguably some of the best ever put on camera.
This movie earns a 2.5/5 for the casual movie fan, but a perfect score for the martial arts fan.
