I'd have to say a girl aroused by me would be a possibly great gift, but not the best gift. Ace has the right idea; often if you're lucky enough to have a girl aroused by you, you'll probably not like them at all. -_-
Love isn't the central goal of my life so it isn't really the best possible gift, but since I have no sense of direction and no idea what the 'central goal' is, I have no clue what I'd want more than anything else, so I can't determine what would be the greatest birthday gift ever.
