Rap like I've said before has the most complex lyrics of any other genre of music probably, and that's one of the reasons I like it so much, and part of the ways I know it takes so much true talent(I do it myself.) I'm also growin increasingly pissed with all the rappers bitching about hip-hop dying.
No one killed hip-hop, they just neglected it. Rap has become a subgenre of the music, in no way is it killing hip hop, it's for entertainment, and that's what's entertaining people. If people are so worried about hip-hop dying, then maybe they need to attempt to bring it back? Maybe they need to make a better marketing strategy to get it back out there. I know that all the other stuff is what's maknig money, and it's easier to get out there, but there are people who listen to hip-hop and whatnot, so start marketing to em and stop bitchin about everyone else.
