| We've been getting Final Fantasy for quite a while, actually, Codie, since the SNES titles. V was even slated for release under the title "Final Fantasy Extreme", I think, but was canned. Then VII came along and screwed it up a bit, since nobody knew how the numbers went anymore, IV being II and VI being III.
We also got the SaGa games renamed as the Final Fantasy Legend series and Seiken Densetsu as Final Fantasy Adventure, although I suppose by the original series on NES, then yes, we were screwed. Not that I and II were exactly great. III was very nice, actually, on the original NES. |
