First i'll go over the beefs with that post:

1. KodOcha is a freaking comedy. Sometimes things don't make sense, while in other places the show makes perfect sense to further the plot. The whole thing is hardly a serious anime, how can you be serious with characters like Babbit and Zenjiro? There is some plot, however, which I will place in spoiler tags for those of you haven't seen the anime (even though it's kinda old).

Rei(the thirty year old male you mentioned earlier) was pretending to be her boyfriend so that she would be happy, in truth he was in a secret relationship with an actress. She helps solve other peoples problems, her FREIND'S problems, and even though she's super happy on the outside, she has problems of her own on the inside. Her friends help her to make her problems right, while she helps them.

Now... back on the topic of worst scenes in anime and cartoons...

I would have to say that the worst scene i've ever seen is the scene in Naruto where- *runs away laughing*
