I would surmise Cream was always a strong-minded individual. She can only gain more strength since her upbringing. Rory gave her that extra strength. Yamagura gives her more doses in her own tumuluous fashion.
Only Cream. Eveyone else Rory has met was either insane or just a mere jackass. I would bet most of them fit the latter. Voidburg isn't known for the warmth of its residents, anyway.
She always wishes to meet them again to show how she has changed. Also, if she did, she'd try to show them the right path--the path she's on. Would they comply, or would they share a frozen heart she so possessed in her early years? That question is left to the skies.
