What exactly do handicaps do? I thought it made it harder to knock someone out (as I have had cases of smashing someone with 130% and he still got back), but I get knocked out as fast as usual. I also think it's weird that Falco's down + A can knock someone around 100% out at the top of the screen, while his upward smash has trouble knocking someone off at 120%. |
