Video Game Forums - View Single Post - Which Items do you turn on when you play?

Heart Containers, Warp Stars, Poké Balls, Motion Sensor Bombs, Super Mushrooms, Metal Boxes, and Bunny Hoods. That's when I'm playing with friends. They'll be on medium or low.

By myself, I'll usually have Poké Balls and Super Shrooms, and nothing else. That, or no items at all.

A lot of the items are lame or pale in comparison to the smashes, with the exception of the Star Rod, which I love to throw at people. The Hammer is always outlawed because it's cheap, and the Starman.. well, it just never gets turned on.
