You can't really pick a best move. Every character has at least one move that's perfect for KOing or damage racking.
As far as sick KO potential AND extreme ease of use, I have to say Mewtwo's Shadow Scratch. Fiery Super Jump Punch and Zelda's Lightning Kick require some actual competence and timing to wreak havok. With Mewtwo, you just jump towards them and forward-A, and physics takes care of the rest. |
