This would be awesome. You'd get to play as the skinless, rotting corpse of Mister Fred Rogers.
He'd of course be decked out in a sweater and have maggots crawling out of his open sockets.

B: Ask to be neighbor (INSTANT KO)
Right B: Ride on the magic trolley (0%)
Down B: Feed the Goldfish (Completley heals Rogers)
Up B: Return (Returns Rogers to land instantly.)
