Blockhead

>+B = Eat tongs (+30% to himself)
^+B = Consult conscience (+50% to himself)
V+B = Throw radish (+1% damage)
smash>+B = Ghostmas (+10% damage)
smash^+B = Conscience's suicide (+999% to himself)

You can't get more moronic than a character who pretty much only does damage to himself...
