It's for the SNES, and you would need DeJap's translation patch unless you can read Japanese. There is no problem whatsoever with starting with SO2, as the connections are minor. You will miss some in-jokes, but nothing major. Valkyrie Profile is quite fun. Think Paper Mario with every number blown up to ridiculous proportions and set in a really depressing atmosphere. |
