A cursory Google search came up with this page; it (should) contain the english RTP (RTPe) and the version 1.32 add-on.

If you're going to be making a game and distributing it though, you're going to want to think about how to de-bloat the file size; the whole she-bang is ~50 megs, if I recall correctly. The actual created game (well, at least the one I made) is less than three megs.
